The first image is of the built-in framework footer. The second image demonstrates how a Gutenberg reusable block can be used to extend the built-in framework footer.
The new WordPress Framework ships with a minimal footer which contains phone number, street address, contact e-mail address, and social links. (If you don't want one of these contact methods or social icons to appear - simply leave it blank on the backend. The WordPress Framework will do the rest!
Want something more custom? Use Gutenberg to extend the built-in footer by using a reusable block. This enables you to customize & update the built-in footer from one location and have the changes appear site wide (or only on the pages where you're using the reusable block.)
Simply activate the Blog Archive Template you wish to use - no coding necessary.
Experienced users can also create your own blog archive template using the built-in Oxygen Builder (same is true for all templates, not just blog archives!).

This WordPress Framework empowers you to communicate as you want to. Go ahead, open your article with a pull quote. Use a full bleed YouTube video after the introductory paragraph. Throw in a set of stacked images for good measure. Why not?!
Your choices are limitless. You're never locked into a rigid design when you use this one-of-a-kind WordPress Framework.
